We’ve partnered with Kaelo and Centriq Insurance to deliver health products that meet the needs of many South Africans, giving them peace of mind knowing their day-to-day health is in good hands.
Virtual Dis-Chem Benefits Card
We’ve digitized your Dis-Chem Benefits Card for you so that you always have it when you need it. With your virtual card you can earn points every time you purchase in-store, view points (and their rand value) and even give back to the community by donating your Dis-Chem points to the Dis-Chem Foundation.
Bonus Cards
An added benefit is our virtual bonus card which lets you earn rewards for purchasing the products you love. Our app features a sticker book that will be virtually stamped every time you purchase a promotional product from one of our Dis-Chem stores. Once you’ve earned enough stickers you can choose your FREE gift from the list of our bonus products in-store.

Ratings and Reviews
They don’t know what THEY have in stock
Every time I order off the app it shows items in stock and will take the money off the card and process the order. This will then be followed by a phone call from a Dis-Chem employee who apologises profusely because the items you wanted/needed are not in stock, and then you have to wait for them to reverse the payment and refund the card. Honestly just don’t bother. Their own assessment of what they have in stock is non-existent.
Worst app CX and UI application ever!
Can Dischem decide now how they want their app to work. Every 2nd month it works differently and every time the meds order and repeat order process is updated, its worse and worse and longer and terrible CX. The meds ordered doesn’t always line up with what you get. Repeat uploads for new repeats gets lost and you have to go into the store to fix it. Totally takes away the power of an application.
No recommendation
If it was an option, I would not give a star whatsoever! For some unknown reason I already have a dischem account. But no matter how I try to sign in, change password, change email address etc. it goes around and around. Apparently I also signed in with my number somewhere.
I do not recommend getting this app. A waste of time and not intuitive at all!
